  • ASSESSMENT FOR THE FORMULATION AND / OR REVISION OF THE FOLLOWING MANAGEMENT INSTRUMENTS, REQUIRED BY THE LEGAL REGULATIONS OF THE COUNTRY AND SUPERVISED BY THE CONTROL ENTITIES:
  • Municipal Plan for Disaster Risk Management, PMGRD.
  • Municipal Emergency Response Strategy, EMRE.
  • Draft agreement for the Municipality’s Disaster Risk Management’s Public Policy.
  • Educational Strategy and School Risk Management Plans, PEGR.
  • DIFFUSION, TRAINING AND INSTITUTIONAL AND COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT TO COMPLY WITH THE LEGAL AND TECHNICAL GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING DISASTER RISK AND ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE:
  • According to the thematic needs resulting from a preliminary diagnosis of Threats, Vulnerabilities, Capacities and Risks in the Municipal area, its sectors of activity and its territories. High impact actions, based on the state of the art of methodologies for the intervention and training of groups and individuals.
  • ADVICE AND SUPPORT FOR THE FORMULATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION PROJECTS IN MANAGEMENT OF DISASTER RISK AND ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE:
  • Acercando las necesidades y los potenciales del Municipio con las ofertas de recursos técnicos, económicos y generales disponibles en el medio.  El desarrollo de los proyectos estará supeditado a su aprobación por las entidades donantes.
  • TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE ATTENTION OF CRITICAL RISK POINTS:
  • Information-gathering visits and issuance of preliminary technical concepts to address situations or places of probable or imminent risk.
  • STUDIES AND DESIGNS OF RISK MITIGATION WORK:
  • When a probable or imminent risk situation merits the construction of mitigation, prevention and / or control works, engineering studies will be carried out for the design and planning of correct, efficient and sustainable preventive, corrective or reconstructive work.
  • EXECUTION OF RISK MITIGATION WORK:
  • Following the technical designs of the previous point.
  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR DEVISING DEPARTMENTAL AND MUNICIPAL TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THREAT, VULNERABILITY AND RISK STUDIES THAT ENVOLVE BUILDERS AND URBANIZERS, AND THE STANDARDIZED PROCEDURE FOR THE REVIEW OF SUCH STUDIES:
  • Based on the technical and legal requirements related to Disaster Risk Management in the country and the specific conditions of the Department and the Municipality, the formulation of the terms of reference to be adopted by the administration will be carried out. This will facilitate the preparation and presentation of threat, vulnerability and risk studies for public and private entities that carry out urban planning and construction projects, as a requirement for obtaining a construction license and sales permits. Likewise, the unified procedure and criteria for the review and acceptance of said studies will be established.
  • REVIEW OF THREAT, VULNERABILITY AND RISK STUDIES AND ISSUANCE OF THE RESPECTIVE TECHNICAL CONCEPTS:
  • Based on the products previously mentioned (or the general technical and legal requirements, if those have not been adopted), the threat, vulnerability and risk studies by the pertinent interdisciplinary team will be reviewed and the respective technical concepts will be issued with observations and / or acceptance or not of the same.
  • ASSISTANCE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF TECHNICAL CONCEPTS IN NEIGHBORHOODS BUILT AND / OR INHABITATED WITH RISKS OR DAMAGES:
  • Information-gathering visits and issuance of preliminary technical concepts to address situations or places of probable or imminent risk.
  • CONCEPTION, TRAINING AND MONITORING OF COMMUNITY AND SCHOOL RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES:
  • Following Law 1523, Ministerial Directives 12 and 16, INEE Standards and other related regulations.
  • ENVIRONMENTAL ADVICE::
  • At all decision levels: services for the good administration, recovery and use of natural resources, contingency plans for spills of hydrocarbons and harmful substances, environmental education, design and implementation of environmental programs, plans and programs for reforestation and tree planting; audit and consulting services.
  • TEACHING, RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION IN RISK MANAGEMENT:
  • Our team has significant experience in the production, research, documentary production in specialized media, and successful participation in numerous academic settings from various disciplines related to GR.
  • SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT FOR EMERGENCY CARE:
  • It is necessary to equip local Socorro entities, as well as municipal and community Emergency Brigades as first response support entities. This is from the institutional and community strengthening strategy in response to emergencies, which complements the workshops in this regard.
